The 9TH Annual STAR, Inc. Debutante Cotillion takes place at 5PM on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at the Rochester Plaza Hotel & Conference Center on State Street. Our theme will be: "STARs of Divine Completeness" and our guest speaker will be Tyrone Kelly. We hope you will join us. Tickets: $40 per person. Please call 234-0448 for a ticket or to place an ad in our program journal.
